Perfect location, free park tickets, attentive staff, good restaurant, large and clean rooms.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and were blown away by the exclusive amenities that were on offer. the Spa & wellness centre was the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring the local area. the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were a welcome treat, as was the sun terrace which offered stunning views across the surrounding area. The restaurant and bar area surpassed our expectations with a delicious continental breakfast on offer each morning, as well as a great selection of snacks throughout the day. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the lack of entertainment in the hotel, as we were hoping for some evening activities. this was quickly forgotten due to the other amazing facilities on offer. we highly recommend this venue and would return again in a heartbeat.

We loved staying at this hotel. It had great facilities including a swimming pool, large rooms, and an excellent breakfast. The shuttle service was reliable and there was plenty of parking available. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Moustapha who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the entrance of the park, making it easy to access.

This hotel is in a prime location for easy access to the nearby theme park, making it a great choice for visitors. the suites are spacious and beautifully furnished, with large bathrooms for added comfort. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, and there are excellent facilities like the swimming pool and lounge area to relax in after a day at the park.

Some aspects of the hotel's service were lacking, making it less desirable for some guests.

We had a fantastic xmas stay! the breakfast buffet was amazing - so much choice. We loved having the park express pass included in our package, it really made a difference. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the park entrance and away from the hustle and bustle of the main area.

The sofa bed in our room was uncomfortable and the bathroom could have been better cleaned. these minor things did not detract from an overall wonderful experience.

During our Xmas stay, we had a comfortable and clean room that was spacious enough for our family. We appreciated the nice variety and good quality of the restaurant's food, and the friendly and accommodating staff. The location was also very convenient, close to a popular attraction.

We were disappointed by the noise insulation between the rooms, which made it difficult to sleep soundly. the Wi-Fi was not reliable, making it frustrating to stay connected.
